A successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, lead the store in the absence of the manager, and work with staff effectively. This candidate must have an understanding of food service, have the ability to supervise other employees, understand the importance of quality service and be willing to teach/educate other employees on best practices and procedures.
