Essential Functions:
- Plan, prioritize, assign, establish schedules and methods, supervise and review the work of staff involved in facility maintenance including general building maintenance and construction, renovations, electrical installations and repairs, mechanical systems maintenance and repair, projects and programs; monitors work flow; reviews and evaluates work products, methods and procedures to achieve desired goals.
DEFINITION:
To plan, organize, evaluate, review, and supervise maintenance activities within facilities and maintenance operations including building maintenance and pertinent construction, electrical maintenance, HVAC maintenance and repair and vehicle services; to promote a physical environment that promotes safety and comfort for College faculty, staff, and students; and to coordinate assigned facility and vehicle maintenance activities with other College departments, divisions, programs, and activities and outside organizations.
