Management contributions: manage technical implementation engagements; direct teams to strategically and analytically assess client needs by utilizing technical expertise in assessing and identifying solutions which are in alignment with CRD's current design; ensure project success by managing staffing to optimize utilization, and provide support network to the team to leverage during engagements; partner with recruiting team to identify and hire talent; manage team members including engagement staffing, time and expenses processes, technology and other organizational initiatives; oversee performance management and coach on deficiencies to ensure objectives achieved; strategically solve problems by recognizing long term solutions across multiple projects; direct and provide guidance to less experienced consultants on implementations and identify opportunities to allocate resources as needed.
