Description - This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable manufacturing company in the area. You'll play a key role in the sourcing of services and materials that are critical to the operations success. You will be involved with daily purchase orders for spare parts, evaluating and negotiating with suppliers, and renewing contracts when needed. This person will also organize and present data to other stakeholders related to cost savings and related metrics. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity offering full benefits and room for growth!
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a relevant field
- 6+ years of purchasing experience required, including indirect materials and services
- Experience using SAP required
- Experience analyzing and presenting data using excel and PowerPoint required
