•Deal directly with and communicate effectively with plant operators, plant management, 3rd party vendors and other Luminator personnel in support of service operations. As a frontline representative of Luminator, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expertin support of the customer requirements and technical specifications, maintenance, and repair for all Luminator’s products to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
