Essential Functions Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Coordinate core positioning and messaging for Polymers & Filaments product families Work across functional lines to create and enhance sales collateral of product portfolio Assist in setting up new parts in the system by working with cross functional teams to meet customer requirements Support feedback from customers on product improvement initiatives and quality Assist in developing customer/application/market specific presentations highlighting Shakespeare products.
