LHH is assisting a fast-growing boutique law firm in its search for an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its expanding Internet Law practice. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-profile matters involving online businesses, public figures, emerging technologies, and cutting-edge legal issues at the intersection of business and the internet. The firm is actively adding headcount due to continued growth and an influx of new matters.
About the Practice
This attorney will play a leading role in managing complex litigation matters across state and federal courts. The practice regularly handles:
Internet defamation matters
False advertising disputes
Lanham Act litigation
Copyright litigation
Commercial disputes involving online businesses
Technology-related legal issues and emerging internet law matters
The attorney will take ownership of cases from inception through resolution, including drafting substantive motions and briefs, taking and defending depositions, arguing hearings, managing discovery, and participating in trial preparation where applicable.

Compensation
Base Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 annually
Additional Compensation:
Significant bonus opportunities for meeting or exceeding billable goals
Top performers may earn total compensation exceeding $220,000 annually
Potential for increased compensation based on business generation, client relationships, profitability contributions, and overall performance
Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.

Candidate Requirements
Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona Bar
7+ years of litigation experience
Experience handling complex commercial litigation matters
Experience practicing in Arizona state and federal courts
Strong deposition, oral advocacy, and motion practice skills
Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
JD from an accredited law school
Preferred Experience
The following experience is beneficial but not required:
Existing book of business or portable clients
Intellectual property litigation or prosecution experience
Technology and software contract experience
Defamation litigation experience
Matters involving online harassment or technology-facilitated disputes
Working knowledge of Clio case management software
