This role sits directly below the Managing Director / Partner and will be responsible for translating strategic vision into actionable programs that modernize how our clients structure, distribute, and optimize technology products across digital platforms and emerging AI-driven ecosystems. This Senior Manager will play a critical role in helping clients operationalize these changes by leading key workstreams across platform architecture, digital discoverability, content ecosystems, and AI-ready data infrastructure.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint; Ability to function without direction to produce outcomes within timelines; Proficiency with statistical analysis, project management skills, data analysis, benchmarking, and quality improvement concepts; Collaboration skills and team-oriented approach; Presentations and meeting facilitation skills. Examples of contractually required deliverables can include, but are not limited to, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports on contract execution, various Quality Assurance (QA) plans, financial reporting data, medical accreditation reports, and a wide variety of other data and progress reports.
li>Delivering relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and executive briefings that highlight Workday's secure SaaS architecture, zero-trust principles, encryption, access controls, logging/monitoring, and compliance capabilities across healthcare, higher education, and public sector environments.
You will lead discussions on Workday's SaaS architecture with a particular emphasis on security, cybersecurity controls, identity and access management, data protection, disaster recovery and business continuity, and data privacy and compliance (including HIPAA and the protection of PHI/PII).
