p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Direct contact with the client, injured employees and healthcare providers to determine RTW potential and coordinate RTW efforts • Active participation in RTW efforts with examiner and nurse case managers • Actively works with physicians to clarify medical restrictions, limitations and their impact on work functionality • Works with client locations to identify job functions that can be modified and creates a bank of potential RTW job descriptions for future use • Monitors injured workers RTW status to increase functional ability before RTW period expires • Sets follow-ups to re-review claims where function is expected to increase and/or release to RTW is anticipated • Accurate RTW screen coding and documentation of RTW efforts and outcomes • Identify trends and barriers to RTW to work with internal partners (Customer Delivery) to develop proactive solutions • Assist in internal and external audits and presentations, and participates in external customer meetings.
