    Job Description:

    The Projects Department is responsible for overseeing projects of TEG or TEG Associated Products. The Project Coordinator has the integral responsibility of aiding both the PM Department and Tech Install in all areas of planning, scheduling, documentation, budgeting, and reporting.

    Compensation: Starting pay range of $20-$22/hour plus HQ Benefits, including Bonus Opportunity

    Hours & Schedule

    • Expected Weekly Hours: 42-48, plus more when traveling

    • Travel Expectations: Minimal

    • Expected Schedule:

    • Office: Monday-Friday (day shift)

    • Installation / Projects: Monday-Friday plus weekends (weekend work often includes accompanying rest/off days during the upcoming workweek)

    • Emergency Travel: As needed; could include nights & weekends with extended hours

    • On-call: Yes

    Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to :

    Leadership & Administrative

    • Assist with resource/staffing planning for Projects

    • Assist with interviewing

    • Assist with onboarding & passport tracking

    • Assist with organization and review of department CapEx / Operating Budgets

    • Assist with new department documentation/sheet drafting

    • Assist with the dissemination of department communications/updates

    • Perform department finance approvals

    • Perform timecard approvals

    • Maintain office inventory (tools, common supplies, etc.)

    Projects - Pre-wires / Installations / Infills / Renovations / GBGS Deployments

    • Create and maintain resource plans and individual/main project schedules

    • Book travel for internal & external resources (airfare, lodging, ground transportation, etc.)

    • Schedule project logistics: load-in, load-out, hotshots, etc.

    • Pack, organize, and inventory project boxes (install, scenic, and tech materials)

    • Order, coordinate, and maintain the logistics of project materials

    • Maintain and update labor resource tracking

    • Perform travel trips as needed for training, development, and on-site support

    • Assist with in-shop Quality Control

    • Update and maintain Install SOPs and guides

    Tech Install Support

    • Assist Tech Install Leads with technical documentation:

    • Creating Wiring Sheets / Wire Calculations

    • IT plansets with site-specific details

    • Integrating IT, A/V, and Security Plans

    • Kick-off Documentation / Travel Plans

    • Organizing jobsite notes / feedback

    PM Department Support

    • Assist Project Managers with documentation:

    • Reviewing project architecture plans for accuracy and noting redlines

    • Reviewing and completing site-specific / take-off sheets

    • Organizing jobsite notes / feedback

    Controls Engineering (Support)

    • Assist with sourcing and/or ordering of new game products/materials

    • Assist with the organization of new game content/documentation

    • Assist with shop build document redlines

    • Assist with creating new project HMIs / HMI changes

    • Assist with new development documentation

    • Act as fill-in for Development Meetings in the absence of Controls Leadership

    Job Requirements: On-the-job training for skills without prior knowledge/experience

    • Experience leading others in an informal structure

    • Project management experience

    • Proficient at spreadsheets & document creation

    • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds individually

    • Able to stand, walk, climb ladders, and navigate tight spaces for extended periods of time

    • Understanding of production and fabrication processes including CNC, Carpentry, Scenic, Paint, and Controls Technology

    • Understanding of architectural floor plans and general construction processes
