Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience/certifications Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ITIL, or similar are a plus Experience with assisting in developing and delivering monthly security awareness communications and training Experience in monitoring and analyzing alerts from SIEM, EDR, and related systems to identify potential threats Assist with triage and escalation of security events Exposure to ticketing systems and basic case management workflows Participate in incident response activities, including documentation, evidence gathering, and reporting Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as needed to support incident response and critical security events.
