Reporting into the EVP of Data and IT and collaborating closely with data engineering, application teams, cybersecurity, operations, field teams, and business stakeholders, this role translates infrastructure and support needs into actionable solutions, leads technical execution, provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, and ensures high availability, security, performance, and excellent end-user experience across all Microsoft and network systems. This includes deep administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID), Windows Server, Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, network design and management (firewalls, switches, VPN, wireless), Azure infrastructure, and end-user desktop/laptop support.
