Be responsible for governance within the Soybean Enterprise Product Team (EPT);
Lead Seeds & Traits transformational product transitions and ensure cross-functional alignment on Trait Adoption Models;
Ensure progress toward more efficient and sustainable business and production systems;
In collaboration with Finance and commercial, develop the ten-year financial market assessment;
Identify key industry trends and sponsor analyses of critical competitive issues;
Define the strategic growth drivers for the soybean business;
Identify key risks and opportunities, aligning plans to capture upside potential while mitigating downside risks;
Identify potential growth opportunities beyond the ten-year planning horizon;
Initiate and monitor business expansion opportunities, including potential new business model pilots related to integrated product offerings;
Ensure alignment across R&D, StS, Regional Commercial Teams, and Digital for key decision-making;
Develop in-licensing and out-licensing strategies for soy traits and germplasm, in close collaboration with Business Development;
As a key member of the EPT, support:
R&D prioritization, target setting, regional breeding strategy, and budgeting;
Digital prioritization related to tailored solutions;
Strategic guidance to LEAPS and BGV on key priorities;
Support collaborations, acquisitions, and divestments.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree;
Good agronomic knowledge in assigned crop;
Deep understanding of CP, S&T, and Digital;
Customer focus mindset;
Demonstrated experience leading and influencing outcomes of cross-functional teams;
Strategic thinker with an understanding of financial modeling and analysis, accurate sense of implementation feasibility;
Ability to critically assess competitive landscape, identify opportunities and synthesize mid- to long-term strategic plans;
Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
