Manage the project solution, including the customization and specific configuration of the generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) commitments: Ensure, with support of the required experts and involving all stakeholders, that all the technical requirements of the contract are fully addressed throughout the project lifecycle, from the capture stage up to the demonstration. Together with Domain / Metier Leaders and RC Project Engineering Metier / Domain Department Heads, define the project engineering team organization according to the project phase (and as defined in the EMP).
