Design and facilitate high-quality High School-focused professional development that supports teachers and leaders in effective curriculum implementation, instructional rigor, and interdisciplinary integration; Conduct High School classroom walkthroughs and curriculum implementation reviews to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for instructional improvement; Observe and provide feedback on HS Science, Technology, Engineering, AI Literacy, and Design Intellectual Prep and planning meetings to strengthen instructional planning and teacher development; Engage in observation, coaching, and feedback cycles with High School content leads and teachers, in coordination with school leaders, to strengthen pedagogy, content knowledge, and instructional coherence; Support High School educators in integrating emerging technologies, AI literacy, and design-based learning into instruction in developmentally appropriate and ethically grounded ways; Serve as a model of exemplary High School STEM, AI Literacy, and Design instruction across the network. The Associate Director collaborates closely with school-based leaders to design and facilitate high-quality professional development; coaches High School leaders and teachers around content and pedagogy; ensures strong curriculum implementation; develops unit, interim, and course-level assessments; and analyzes student data to inform instructional and curricular decisions.
