Co-creates, refines, and maintains program content for initiatives such as but not limited to, Sales DLP, role-based learning paths, new hire onboarding, and skills/competency frameworks for sales roles, ensuring content remains accurate, current, and aligned to business needs. In partnership with Sales Leadership, owns and scales sales readiness and early-tenure acceleration programs including sales readiness milestones, sales methodology, sales process and platforms, core market strategies, go-to market execution, and continuous ever-boarding that accelerate time-to-ramp and quota attainment.
