Ensures all applicable pay laws are being followed • Constantly works to build the best team via employee development plans and by recruiting the best internal and external talents • Ensures individuals on team are up to date on all compliance related activity including but not limited to work orders, compliance reporting, compliance training, and travel and expense expectations • Implements training plans and provides regular coaching, monitoring, and feedback sessions to track and ensure progress.
