Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Ā· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead, outbound cold calls and emails Ā· Understand customer needs and requirements Ā· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Ā· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Ā· Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals Ā· Maintain existing customer relationships to increase business Ā· Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations Ā· Preparing monthly sales department reports Ā· Perform effective online demos to prospects Ā· Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients Ā· Entering orders and preparing routing sheets Ā· Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability Ā· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Customer Service Representative Requirements: Ā· Experience in sales of meat or seafood experience an asset Ā· A commitment to excellent customer service Ā· Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ā· Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers Ā· Detailed oriented Ā· Experience using computers for a variety of tasks Ā· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ā· Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment Benefits and Culture Ā· Benefits package available 1st of month following date of hire.
