Because the material job duties of this role involve regular field work (away from a physical Company location), including visiting customer locations and interfacing with employees, vendors, and customers of the Company, and the general public -- following a conditional offer of employment, the Company has good cause to conduct a review of criminal history in accordance with applicable laws to ensure safety. This includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.
