As a Preconstruction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and development of construction projects, with a particular focus on estimating for projects within commercial, life sciences, and healthcare construction.
This role requires a highly strategic, data-driven, and hands-on leader with a proven track record of leading high-performance sales teams in the manufacturing or industrial sector, preferably within the HVAC, air purification, or indoor air quality (IAQ) industry in a global matrixed organization. As a member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Sales will play a critical role in shaping the company’s commercial direction, influencing product development, optimizing channel strategies, and ensuring alignment between sales goals and broader business objectives.
