MINIMUM** **REQUIREMENT** **Education** + High School Diploma or GED + Associates degree in a related discipline preferred **Licenses** + Series 6 or 7 License, current in the operating state, or obtain within six months of employment + Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record **Experience** + At least four (4) years’ sales experience focusing in outside or inside direct sales to consumers with a proven record of exceeding sales goals and conversion ratio + Experience and proficient utilizing CRM databases and Saleforce.com preferred + Experience and proficient with electronic sales contracts + Experience in Funeral Services industry a plus **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Leadership qualities and skills + Professional written and verbal communication skills including influencing and public speaking + Comfortable with in-home sales and conducting group presentations + Ability to work with and communicate with remote stakeholders + Must have a positive attitude, a drive to continually advance your understanding of the industry and business, and is highly self-motivated + Process and results oriented, motivated to keep projects moving ahead by removing obstacles and exploring alternatives + Cognitive Ability including reason, plan, solve problems, think abstractly, learn quickly, learn from experience, and appropriately apply learning to new situations.
