What You Will DoMonitor various inboxes and address the needs of our internal customer base, primarily sales and sales leadersQuery data for various ad-hoc data needsIdentify and analyze trends to present to peers and managersEesign, develop, and deploy various KPIs to track Service Quality, Productivity, Frequency, and Severity, along with developing reports to track new initiatives, annual performance goals, and provide analysis for recent resultsHighly organized and able to work on multiple projects and ad-hoc requests each week, prioritize the various tasks for each project, communicate effectively on the progress made during the week or explain the challenges that are impacting a deadline and estimate when that project can be delivered . Excellent skills in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPointTableau and SQL skills (Tableau/SQL certification is a plus)Some experience with Python and Jupyter NotebooksAbility to analyze, organize and shift priorities to meet the needs you your manager/supervisor.
