li>Works closely with the Head Golf Professional on all Bay Golf Course group outings and events assisting when necessary preparations for scorecards, cart placards, rules sheets, score sheets, format sheets, tee gifts, pairing sheets, on course competitions, range preparations and hole assignments. Oversees the Bay Café Snack Shop operations including: all facets of staffing (hiring, training, scheduling, reviewing, disciplining), ordering products, reconciling invoices, compiling information, updating the SOP manual and controlling the POS/menu functions.
