What You'll Do: • Support sales leadership in annual and quarterly planning, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota setting • Analyze sales performance trends and identify opportunities to improve conversion, productivity, and revenue growth • Develop dashboards, forecasts, and reports to track pipeline health, attainment, and key KPIs • Assist with pricing, packaging, and go-to-market analyses as needed • Maintain and improve sales processes across the funnel (lead opportunity close) • Own CRM hygiene and data integrity; ensure accurate reporting and consistent usage • Partner with colleagues to implement and optimize tools, workflows, and automations • Support deal execution by assisting with approvals, discount analysis, and deal desk activities • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success • Translate leadership goals into operational plans and measurable outcomes • Support sales enablement initiatives, including documentation, playbooks, and training materials • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements • Ad hoc analysis and special projects to support leadership priorities.
