p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

The Manager, Safety functions as a subject matter expert and consultant to manage highly technical HSE subject matters with site management teams, corporate HSE, external regulatory agencies, talent development, and provides strategic leadership for site-level staff to build sustainable loss improvement processes and to ensure program effectiveness.

p>Position Summary:

The AMER/LATAM Security & Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing physical safety and security, as well as ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements across our regional offices, including San Francisco, Austin, Madison, Mexico City, and Sao Paulo, along with other smaller field sites.

What you'll be doing:

• Risk Control and Compliance: Plan, implement, and verify risk control and compliance programs to ensure the adoption of safe work practices, including emergency response, workplace violence prevention, fire prevention, injury and illness prevention, and compliance with local health and safety regulations.

Strategic Deployment: Use AI-generated "Heat Maps" and risk scores to direct regional Safety Supervisors and Managers to the crews, branches, or job sites with the highest probability of an incident. This individual will serve as the primary architect for the region's data-driven safety strategy, leveraging Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence to predict high-risk scenarios, optimize resource allocation, and drive our Goal Zero culture.
