Alliance Technical Group, a premier partner in environmental solutions is looking for a Safety Manager to support our Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) operations, including the fabrication and deployment of CEMS analyzer shelters. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in manufacturing safety, experience working in dynamic project environments, and the ability to influence safety culture across multiple locations.

This will include, but is not limited to, assisting in development of a zero injury safety culture on each project, conducting at least weekly documented jobsite safety inspections, effectively communicate orientations for all new project workers, assist with and review subcontractor daily pre-task safety analysis, actively promote and participate in daily stretch and flex program, identify project trends and execute proactive safety initiatives to eliminate incidents, support corporate goals and initiatives, emphasize and support proactive safety such as near miss/hazard reporting, coach and recognize workers on safe work methods, report all incidents in an effective and timely manner following established protocols and be a champion in motivating workers to perform their jobs safely! Ensure that each subcontractor designates a safety representative that is properly trained in subcontractors scope of work and has the proper authority to correct safety issues.

Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department. Manager, you will be in charge of creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for medium to large-sized clients.

Strategic Deployment: Use AI-generated "Heat Maps" and risk scores to direct regional Safety Supervisors and Managers to the crews, branches, or job sites with the highest probability of an incident. This individual will serve as the primary architect for the region's data-driven safety strategy, leveraging Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence to predict high-risk scenarios, optimize resource allocation, and drive our Goal Zero culture.
