n+ Curate and present daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and present them to client leaders and executives within Transdev.\n \n+ Lead role implementing programs impacting EHS and regulatory compliance regarding transportation and workplace Safety (OSHA)\n \n+ Develop and deploy essential process improvement techniques and tools, manage performance improvement process in a direct role\n \n+ Develop and deploy needed metrics to coordinate with existing safety performance KPIs by inserting lean metrics to demonstrate performance improvement in safety and reduce workplace incidents\n \n+ Ability to diagnose problems and develop streamlined process flows to eliminate waste and ensure efficiencies\n \n+ Mentor peers and influence operational teams to think differently, ensuring a bottom-up approach to decision-making and empowerment at correct levels\n \n+ Participate in client and prospective client meetings to illustrate and differentiate Transdev from its competition\n \n+ Work In collaboration with Human Resources identify root causes and reduced workplace incidents\n \n+ Other duties as required\n \nRequired Education and Experience:\n \n+ Must be 21 years old;\n \n+ Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience in Safety Science, Safety Risk Management, Ergonomics, Logistics, Transportation, and or related safety field preferred.\n \n+ 5 or more years of relevant Safety Management and leadership experience required.\n \n+ Experience in tech, start-up, and/or AV industry is strongly preferred.\n \n+ Strong background in Safety Management, transportation and/or logistics is highly preferred.\n \n+ Strong working knowledge of Safety, EHS, Risk Management and OSHA federal and state employment laws and regulatory compliance\n \n+ Basic working knowledge of laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to motor vehicle operations.\n \nRequired Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):\n \n+ Must have good attention to detail and be able to quickly and concisely describe their thoughts;\n \n+ Capable of responding quickly and simultaneously to multiple scenarios;\n \n+ Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients, employees, and support departments.\n \n+ Remain flexible and agile for changing business needs and/or projects.\n \n+ Must use close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.\n \n+ Exposure to inclement weather high-risk operating environments such as highways etc., and dense urban environments.\n \n+ Most work is accomplished indoors\n \n+ The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen\n \n+ Travel 50% of the time.\n
