San Francisco University High School (UHS) is looking for an exceptional leader to take the helm of our Girls Flag Football program as our next Program Head and Varsity Head Coach! About the Role
As the Program Head and Varsity Head Coach for Girls Flag Football, you'll be the strategic and cultural leader, responsible for the vision and development of our entire Girls Flag Football program, Varsity to eventually Junior Varsity. This isn't just about coaching; it's about shaping the athletic and personal growth of our student-athletes, fostering a deep love for the game, and modeling our values of integrity, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about teaching the game, building a healthy and inclusive team culture, and serving as a visible, collaborative leader within the UHS community.

Position Details
This is a seasonal, part-time job with some year-round responsibilities. The compensation range is $10,000 - $15,000 in season, commensurate with experience. $35/HR Off season for holding and attending meetings, scheduling, managing the program.
