p>THE DAY-TO-DAY: • Supervise the set-up and tear down of conventions, meetings and banquets in the Conference Center, Arena, Studio Rooms, Hotel, and Pools • Maintain rapport with clients and Convention Services Managers to ensure client satisfaction • Attend pre-conference meetings on upcoming functions • Inventory equipment and supplies in order to maintain proper par stocks levels • Inform employees of management policies and ensures compliance • Handle employee and guest complaints with the intent of resolving situations to the satisfaction of all parties • Perform other job-related duties as requested.
