p>The primary responsibilities of the Store Manager position include but are not limited to: ⢠Lead the team on creating a 'Customer First' culture in the store ⢠Hold weekly management team meetings and monthly store meetings to encourage people to speak-up, give feedback and follow-up ⢠Keep store positions filled with fully trained management and Team Members ⢠Keep an eye on work fam compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures and programs ⢠Achieve BIG profitability goalz through monitoring and analyzing business processes and results ⢠Measure work fam performance against mission critical goals ⢠Develop a bond with the local community to establish positive relationships, development and store success ⢠Jump in as a leader for special programs or assignments, as needed.
