p>The primary responsibilities of the Store Manager position include but are not limited to: • Lead the team on creating a 'Customer First' culture in the store • Hold weekly management team meetings and monthly store meetings to encourage people to speak-up, give feedback and follow-up • Keep store positions filled with fully trained management and Team Members • Keep an eye on work fam compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures and programs • Achieve BIG profitability goalz through monitoring and analyzing business processes and results • Measure work fam performance against mission critical goals • Develop a bond with the local community to establish positive relationships, development and store success • Jump in as a leader for special programs or assignments, as needed.
