Position Summary: The General Manager is responsible for all functions of the restaurant, including opening, mid-, or closing shifts, including guest relations, supervision of all FOH/BOH staff and staffing levels, proper restaurant ambiance, housekeeping, and set-up, food & beverage quality, safety, and pace.
