Position Overview: The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic and operational HR partner, leading and supporting the daily functions of the Human Resources department while providing comprehensive guidance across employee relations, performance management, leave administration, compliance, and HR operations. The Human Resources Manager facilitates employee relations matters, performance management processes, leadership training and development initiatives, leave management, and termination procedures, while providing coaching and support to management on a wide range of workforce issues.
