The Music & Arts Regional Human Resources Manager works closely and consultatively with Human Resources and Store Operations leaders in the following areas: (a) labor relations (b) employee relations; (c) employee development; (d) statutory and policy compliance; (e) investigations and related activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES. The Music & Arts division operates more than 220 stores specializing in band & orchestral instruments for sale and rental, serving teachers, band directors, college professors, and students since 1952.
