Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitator of Hiring Process (50%) Point of contact for applicants and hiring managers regarding job openings, assists with recruiting, posts all job postings, manages applicant process, tracks applicant/hiring data, schedules interviews, maintains posting files, serves as Applitrack Help Desk. Ability to perform the following actions: standing, sitting, using hands dexterously, talking, hearing, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds on occasion, reaching, stooping, walking, bending, crouching.
