Under the direction of the Community Manager, this position will require coordinating and supervising the work of employees in the general maintenance by overseeing maintenance, janitorial employees and vendors by overseeing the maintenance of buildings, apartments, grounds, and equipment, as well as responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems. Inspect and coordinate work in vacant units; Prepare vacant units for move-in; Coordinate all vendors and inside service on vacant units; Coordinate the completion of empty units from furniture and garbage; Oversee the status of ongoing repairs and vendor work on vacant units.
