Lead end-to-end due diligence for property acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and financings, including coordination of title reviews, ALTA surveys, zoning and entitlement analysis, environmental assessments (Phase I/II), property condition reports, and code compliance. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Operations, Construction, and Development teams) and external vendors (title companies, attorneys, surveyors, environmental consultants, appraisers, and lenders).
