p/>2B Residential, a market leader in Class A multi-family management, is seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our team at the Plaza at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, AR.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of three (3) years property management experience including lease-up experience (preferred); High School diploma required, and college degree preferred and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
This position requires a positive and engaging, self-motivated professional who possesses good oral communication skills and enjoys working with people.
. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage day-to-day operations while working closely with your Regional Manager for support and guidance.
- Detailed-oriented, organized, ability to interact effectively in a small team environment with prospects, residents, peers, management, and ownership. Experience with property management and/or accounting software, basic computer skills, iPhone, iPad, Rent Manager, Gmail, and Microsoft suite.
