Responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: Draft contracts, scopes of work and other agreements that are needed for the Section and maintain contract files; Develop contract solicitation documents; Route contracts, invoices, and supporting documents for execution; Coordinate with vendors for contract execution; Monitor contract and vendor performance in conjunction with section staff; Review contract deliverables to ensure compliance; Resolve contract problems and disputes in coordination with section and other agency staff; Route invoices and supporting documentation for payment; Ensure that correct information is entered into FACTS or other contract management system as required by FWC, DFS and/or DMS; Track payments, and budget for all section agreements; Coordinate purchases for the Section and maintain a purchasing card; Obtain quotes, composing purchase orders and submitting invoices for payment utilizing MyFloridaMarketPlace; and, Other assignments and duties, as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of State of Florida procurement processes and requirements; Experience and training in contract management; Accounting skills; Proficient in MS Office products, Adobe Acrobat, and other computer programs; Ability to work well in a fast-paced work climate, and able to adhere to deadlines; Technical writing ability; Demonstrated leadership abilities and be able to work with minimal oversight; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment; Ability to track multiple projects at varying levels of completion and be able to communicate status to others effectively; Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; Ability to proactively find solutions and resolve issues as they arise; Current certification as a Florida Certified Contracts Manager (FCCM) is preferred; Experience procuring items and services in a State of Florida agency is preferred.
