This role is vital in identifying DOTMLPF (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership & Education, Personnel, and Facilities) weaknesses, vulnerabilities, and gaps while challenging assumptions, hypotheses, and premises used in concepts, doctrine, organizational designs, experiments, and future requirements.
