Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years of related business development and marketing, experience within the Texas market; Strong familiarity within the Texas A/E/C market sector; Demonstrated experience with supervision and creation of multi-disciplinary proposals; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Adobe Acrobat/Reader; Active participation in applicable energy professional organizations; Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent editing skills; Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment with multiple deadlines; and Ability to travel to networking events, tradeshows, and branch offices across the state of Texas at least twice per month.
