ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly supervise the staff of counselors at the Women’s Unit, including interviewing, hiring, and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
