The position also builds, creates, and delivers sales analyses and summarizes data findings for executive review, while performing reconciliation activities for various regional programs to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, compliance, and timely completion across various departments. Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree, experience in business or engineering, or related fields preferred • 5 years of responsibility at a regional manager level or 10 years as a director level in facilities management • Contract management experience in a Business and Industry or education or healthcare institution preferred with related continuous education courses • Valid drivers license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
