In this role, the Recruiter will report to the Senior Human Resources Recruiting Manager, and will be responsible for recruiting business professionals across technology innovation, marketing, accounting & finance, information governance, human resources, talent development, practice support, and select attorney positions within the organization. - Screen resumes for technical and cultural fit, conduct candidate phone screens, present qualified candidate slates to hiring leaders, and coordinate feedback, interviews, and post-interview debriefs, as well as manage selection decisions, and offer approval/extension process in partnership with HR Compensation.
