Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent;
Approximately 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within an investment bank, financial services firm or executive search firm focused on financial services;
Strong MS Office skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and process a high volume of work under pressure while maintaining the highest quality;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels;
Superb organization skills and attention to detail;
Strong verbal and written communication skills, high quality document preparation;
Ability to work independently as well as a desire to work in a team environment;
Demonstration of a high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism;
Willingness to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions;
Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter preferred;
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday is a plus.
