You have 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience for Sales or GTM roles, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology company, bringing a deep understanding of sales structures (SDRs, AEs, Sales Leadership) and a well-developed B2B SaaS network across the US and UK. This role is responsible for bringing world-class Sales talent into the business — the people who will introduce ROLLER to new markets, new venues, and new customers.
