Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, hospital, behavioral health, or medical environmentsExperience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles preferredStrong sourcing and interviewing skillsKnowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practicesExperience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platformsExcellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
