p>Bachelor''s degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering, or interior design or equivalent industry experience · 5+ years experience working on commercial projects · Experience working with landlords and design professionals · Ability to manage large corporate interiors projects · Experience working on either office, government, hi-tech, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or banking projects a plus · Demonstrated a high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling · Excellent communication skills · Computer proficiency. - Maintain project finances and profitability · Advise senior management of project progress and issues · Maintenance of existing Owner, Architect, Engineering, Subcontract, and Vendor relations, as well as, development of new resources and business opportunities · Scoping, negotiating and writing of subcontract agreements · Development and maintenance of Master Progress Schedule for on-time completion of projects · Manage owner progress invoicing and vendor payments · Manage vendor insurance requirements and lien waivers · Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
