This position works directly on the production floor alongside production machinists, inspectors, programmers, supervisors, and leadership to identify root causes, reduce defects, improve process capability, and ensure compliance to customer, AS9100, and internal quality requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on: Yield improvement, scrap reduction, process capability, operator error reduction, and inspection efficiency Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and operations to improve process stability.
