The Software Development Manager’s role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational information systems and software applications.
ul>Partner with functional leaders in areas such as organizational effectiveness, succession planning, organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management to strengthen overall organizational capability, employee retention and engagement.
